You will save substantial money if you buy one of our pre-existing plans. The reason is obvious: the work is already done and previously compensated, so we can provide you with architectural drawings for pennies on the dollar.

We love to design churches. Over the past two decades we have produced a couple of hundred church designs, both large and small.

Almost all our churches are pre-engineered metal buildings. These are in most cases the most economical structure for a church. We can, however, revise any of our church designs for wood construction if you wish.

And we can move around walls at little or no cost, and even change the length of the building you choose. We can not, however, change the width; that process requires a complete re-draw.

As architects, we’re registered in many states; if we’re not currently licensed in yours, we can usually acquire a registration in about a month or you can choose a local architect in your region.

We don’t presently supply plumbing, mechanical, or electrical engineering as a normal part of our service. You can hire your own PME engineer locally, or we can recommend an engineer licensed in your state.

Structural design is supplied by your metal building company as an integral part of its services, and you will likely need to hire a local engineer for your foundation design. We can help you with all these transactions, none of which are difficult or complicated.
